Recipe makes 12 muffins.

  1. Line muffin tins with paper.
  2. Stir together dry ingredients.
  3. Make a well in center of mixture and add applesauce, eggs, oil, milk and vanilla.
  4. Stir together just until ingredients are moistened.
  5. Gently fold in blueberries.
  6. Divide mixture into muffin tins and sprinkle with sugar.
  7. Bake at 400°F for 25 minutes.
